Shipping & Delivery

GPUmachines ships heavy, high-value GPU servers, workstations and complete rack solutions. Because each shipment differs in weight, volume, destination and on-site handling, freight is quoted per order rather than charged as a flat rate.

UK delivery

Standard UK mainland delivery for individual servers is typically dispatched on insured next-day or two-day pallet freight after the build and burn-in window. Full rack integrations are delivered on dedicated transport with tail-lift access.

European & international

We ship across the EU and worldwide via specialist IT logistics partners. EU shipments are typically delivered within 3–7 working days of dispatch; international orders are quoted DAP or DDP on request.

Lead times

Build and burn-in for configured-to-order systems is typically 1–4 weeks depending on component availability. Indicative lead times are confirmed on every quote before order.

Freight charges

UK and international freight is calculated per quote based on weight, dimensions, destination and any required on-site handling. Every shipping charge is shown on your quotation before you order.
