Returns & Warranty Policy

GPUmachines designs and builds bespoke, configured-to-order GPU servers, workstations, networking and storage. Because every system is built to a specific customer specification, returns differ from off-the-shelf consumer e-commerce.

Configured-to-order systems

Returns of configured systems are accepted only by prior agreement and may be subject to a restocking and reconfiguration fee.

RMA & warranty

Hardware warranty terms are stated on each quotation. Faulty or DOA hardware should be reported to support@gpumachines.com within 14 days of delivery; we will issue an RMA number and return address after triage. Do not return any equipment without written RMA approval.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the unit is faulty on arrival or covered under an active warranty claim, in which case GPUmachines will arrange and pay for collection within mainland UK.
